Agree with Dean proceed with caution BUT the return address matches the address of Toyota of Hollywood Fla.
You might call Toyota of Hollywood Parts Dept and inquire about any relationship...

I would just look for another source to get the parts. Too much conflicting info on their own site. It might work out but why take the chance.

So i gave the toyota in Hollywood Florida a call, they do own discount parts monster, buuut they are a separate entity and have nothing to do with them and can't even see the inventory. Let the guy know about the terrible reviews and he sounded like it wasn't the first time hed heard it.

So the core charge is on me to send back and they dont give a label according to the email i got back from them. Wonder what it would cost to ship back? 600.00 and I can take my rack with me to savannah amd pickup the "new" rack from lexus there, or I roll the dice, 600.xx to the discount place then get a 200.00 refund after i ship the rack back

HELP. The rack has been installed, now the powersteering does not want to cooperate and acts like it is fading as the fluid gets hot according to my uncle. Any tips tricks? Is this is ACV ive read about or does it just need to be bled. Worried Im about to be buying a pump too from lexus.

Aside from leaking, your power steering worked satisfactorily before installing the new rack?

The power steering ATF was topped-off and not allowed to leak out completely?

Did you reuse your original pressure control solenoid valve?...or did the rebuilt rack include one??

Did you reconnect the pressure control solenoid valve electrical connector?

Integrity of wiring?

To get it to the shop I had to make a 70 miles drive from statesboro to Hephzibah ga, stopped 3 times about every 20 miles or so and filled it up. No leaks other than the rack before. I was not the one to do the work and luckily my uncle isnt the one to give a vehicle back without testing so it is still at the shop. The new rack came with the big yhing on the driver side of it if that is something you are referring to
