Prices are Gud I was looking for the front brake pads. No experience with this particular website actually never heard of them , usually I contact the local dealer and they give very reasonable prices and warranty on the parts.

I was looking to order the shocks from them recently but they have 3-5 days processing time before they can ship it out. If you have time to wait they are cheaper then anywhere else.

I bought a 2004 GX470 last year in rough shape and ordered a ton from these guys and it was genuine OEM at a very good price (they came in Toyota boxes and everything fit and worked perfectly). The only thing is sometimes their shipping costs don't make any sense as a huge item cost $6 to ship from their location in FL to me in MD and then a little item cost $30+ to ship. Other than that, those guys are legit and have great pricing. I even ordered stuff from them for my wife's Acura TL.

^ appreciate the feedback!
Wife just picked up an NX and I wanted to get illuminated door sills and mud guards.. They are easily almost half the cost of the dealers here.
Going to order from them now.

I have used them in the past. Needed to order a new washer fluid reservoir in order to install my fog lights. Great price and fast shipping!

I ended up not ordering from them. They charge tax for my state so that bumped them up past what another vendor was. Otherwise I'd have ordered from them.

Ordered multiple times from them. They sell out of Toyota of Hollywood in Florida. Google reviews 4.7 stars, 5,000 reviews. They are legit.

So I have used them in the past and had great success. Ordered a few small items a few weeks ago and was emailed late last week saying part is on backorder abut should arrive to them in 3-5 days. Then after about a week I tried contacting them and saw they removed their phone number so you had to email them only. I sent 3 emails and finally today they told me my part was discontinued and just refunded me my money. In the past when I could call them it was much easier. I may try the place above or another place.

I am on the same boat with them right now. Just cancelled an order and re-ordered from another site. They make it hard to contact them via phone. But if you want, their number is the same as Toyota of Hollywood. The number I always call is 954-966-2150. Just ask them to connect you to online parts order and you will get the right people. Friendly once on the phone, just annoying they don't put the number on their website.Originally Posted by levinsoy
