You should determine if the rebuilt unit requires attention..
Rack replaced, powr steering pump replaced. All lexus parts. Now its losing power steering pressure when brakong amd turning and after measuring i can see that it turns alot sharper to the left than right. Then turning right is also tougher than left. What in the world is going on
Did you replace the hoses as well? new banjo gaskets and bolts? bled the system properly?
Sounds like EVO unit may be possible culprit?

yeah all that was replaced according to my mechanic, can someone explain the bleed process? Do i really just put it on jacks with the reservoir cap off and turn the wheel vack and forth 50x?

50x is prob overkill, it should only take 10 to 12x
