Engine cover
So I lost the nuts/bolts for the engine cover of my 99....anyone know what PN?

is that diagram for a VVT-i engine? the cover in that is for a 95-97 engine
either way 90176-06019 is the nut and 90105-06132 is the bolt, i guess they're the same for 97-98

Toyota dealership parts diagrams are notorious for lumping similar diagrams across MY. I don't know why they do this:

In our UCF20 do they manage engine bay temps or just for looks?

I believe the cover has some thin sound deadening on the bottom, but that's about it.
According to YODAONE, the UCF20/21 cover actually makes the engine run hotter, because it doesn't allow for good airflow to the engine:
