2000 with elecrical issues-str tilt, int lights, locks, remote

My friends I have Lexus LS400 model 2000 motor still runs great but for some Reason the steering wheel no longer tilts right when the key is plugged in, the interior dome lights aren't working, the buttons on my remote are not working (lock, unlock, panic, trunk) and the key trick in the driver door where it locks all doors and rolls all windows up isn't working. I’ve checked all the fuses in hood and cabin all are in perfect condition, when I remove the dome fuse and reinsert all the things get start work and when I lock or unlock the car the problem comes again. Is there anyway to reset that? Any suggestions?

All those functions are controlled by the MPX body computer. The power on reset circuit seems to be working but once some loads are applied, the MPX body computer goes to fail. Probably it is partially dead. As an EE myself, I would check the inside especially the voltage regulator circuit area using an oscilloscope since I know some about it but it's not for everyone and the quickest way to troubleshoot would be to replace it.
