Default CELSIOR FRONT BUMPER vs LS400 BUMPER

While perusing Toyota Celsior exploded parts diagram for front bumper, came across right and left lower deflectors which do not appear on LS400.

Anyone with a Celsior that can confirm if these were used on 1998 - 2000 model years or post images?

Yamae?

Unsure if front lower left and right corner bumper deflectors depicted (item # 1) are for 1995-1997 (UCF20 or 1998 - 2000 (UCF21) Celsior...or both?

Those appear to be the optional factory from splitters/spoilers that were available for both 95-97 and 98-00 years.

Hard to see, but here they are on a 98-00:

This 1998 - 2000 model image does not appear to depict the items shown in the Toyota parts diagram.

They’re there, just really hard to see. They look almost like shadows in the pic. Try looking at the left corner.

The splitters as I call them are on the UK cars (the mk3 and mk4 models).

They are prone to breaking off when cars are parked to close to a kerb (going nose it first).

I actually have some in my garage for my old mk4 and possibly for a mk3 that I had years ago.
