Have you tried junk yards in the Sacramento area (N. California)? They shipped to me (not out of state, but still, they are very professional). Just go to Sacramento craigslist and find them in the used parts section, listing ls400 parts. There should be more than one company like that there.

Keep looking. UCF20s are common in junkyards today. You should be able to snag the part for less than a C-note.

 

99% ucf10 in my area closest ucf20 is 200 miles from me and they do not ship

 

Do you have another vehicle? 200 miles is only a 3 hr drive there and 3 hr back. Take a trip, make a day out of it. If you do, make sure you strap down the new hood better then the last one.
