Default Electronic issue

I’ve noticed the electronics have been acting weird, for example when I hit the unlock for all the doors it’s about a 2 second delay and they do it all at once so it’s not a actuator. And when I’m rolling up windows it seems to take FOREVER. The biggest annoyance is seat adjustment, it goes so slow and sounds like the car is dying to push me up as if I weigh 500 pounds. Any suggestions ? Battery is Fine, tested it. Alternator hadn’t been tested yet.

My drivers seat struggles but the passenger seat is ok. If its not the caps probably just that individual electric motors are old and part of them are starting to fail. That is just a guess though.

You could have voltage drop in the wiring somewhere. I've seen corrosion internal to battery cables cause this. I would be looking really hard at the cable from the positive battery terminal to the fusebox at the fusible links. Make sure you can first source another one a salvage yard or something and I would take it off and twist it all around and listen for the crunchy's. If you hear any cut into the insulation, it would be very evident. This cable being back would not cause your starting issues as that is the other cable off of the battery. And being that you are experiencing low voltage concerns throughout the body on systems that are on different circuits, that tells me that you have a main power feed problem pretty far up towards the battery.

There are not only the switch and the motor. The switch only sends the signal to the control unit/computer which supplies the power to the motor. I worry that the unit is partially failed or the power supply has some problem. You need to check the voltage and the current of related lines to troubleshoot.
