Default Disabling the traction control manually?

I just bought my 91 ls400 with trac system tried taking the car to get smog last week and unfortunately the smog wasn't able to be done due to the trac system interfering. The smog tech tried disabling by pushing the trac off button but the car wouldn't disengage. I further investigated to see if the button is connected and if the fuse wasn't blown came out finding both were fine. Is there any way in disabling the trac system manually? Can I plug the fuse of the trac system and the traction control be disabled? Unfortunately I can't tell if the the trac off light up in my dash since it doesnt have the trac off in the cluster because the cluster is off a 92 without the trac system. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

I didn't study it for this post, but there maybe a fuse, and also to be sure you could pull the fuse for the ABS since that is how track works.
