Hi I got a 92 ls400 my car is accelerating and reversing when off pedal and when I push pedal car will not accelerate it was hesitating before but now will not move at all no CEL
what do you mean by "accelerating and reversing when off pedal"? do you mean it drives when in gear but just won't accelerate when you push the gas pedal? I'd start with checking the throttle cable and throttle position sensor can you rev the engine manually, from the engine bay by moving the throttle by hand?

Everyone has been telling me ecu is going bad that’s reason but how can I check tps sensor and exactly if in gear car will drive and reverse but when I press gas nothing

Have you tried moving throttle by hand? Can you rev the motor that way?.
Before you start digging in ECU's and stuff you need to eliminate the possibility of a mechanical failure that is closest to your gas pedal. Broken cable or stuck throttle valve would be a whole lot cheaper/easier to fix than an ECU. Yanowatamsayin'?
It drives in forward and reverse gears because your engine is idling at 7-800rpm and your transmission is engaged so it will move, nothing special about that, any car will start rolling when its in gear and you let off the brakes.
If it was ECU itself your car probably wouldnt start at all. Start with little steps, go from there.

Can rev motor that way but car was previously driving fine just hesitating when I pressed down on gas I was leaving work and it went out
I understand you are frustrated, but hey, its an old car, stuff breaks. One thing you have to do here on the forum is you have to be as detailed as possible in the description of your problem. Some of these car's systems are quite complicated and little things can mean different outcome/solution. Just by being able to rev the engine by hand im pretty sure you can rule out ECU, that is a good thing
So, couple of questions next:
Did you check the throttle cable and made sure it is still in one piece and properly attached all the way from gas pedal to the throttle valve?
When you rev the engine by hand, does it still hesitate anywhere in RPM range or acts like its misfiring?

Throttle cable good it was hesitating only 20mph not hesitating when rev at all
ok, so, as far as i know, typically, if TPS is bad it will hesitate when you try to rev it by hand as well
I'm still leaning towards something being wrong with the mechanical actuation of the throttle valve
how exactly did you check the throttle cable? did you check that it's connected securely to the gas pedal? did you physically pull on the cable from the throttle body side? can you have someone push the gas pedal and you watch the throttle body and see if the cable moves anything?
in this pic there are 2 cables, one of them is your cruise control the other one goes to the pedal. from the throttle side, pull on the exposed cable itself as far as you can upwards and see if the cable stops and retracts back. on the pedal side, check that it is secure (see red circle in the second pic)
if the cable checks out, have someone push the pedal (in PARK) and you watch for movement on the throttle body and then compare to revving it by hand, see if there are changes/differences in moving parts/patterns
here is a quick tutorial on TPS replacement and part# needed, but check the cable and throttle operation first, you need to absolutely rule out the mechanical mechanisms failure http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/EFI/tps.html
After it hesitates at 20 MPH, does it pick up speed fast or does it gradually gain speed? On my 93 it would hesitate but would speed up slowly. I changed the drivers side coil and it was fine. You should check for codes even though there's no CEL. It could have some stored codes.
