Default LS400 Recommendations

Hey guys,
this is my first post on any car forum, although ive read through thousands of posts on several different forums. I don't know if this is on the wring place or what im doing at all really lol so sorry about any mistakes I made. Anyways, I've been a lifelong car fan. (Mostly Mercedes-Benz, Infiniti, and Lexus) Ive owned a 1984 Mercedes 190e (first car), a 2001 Lexus ES300, recently bought my girl a 1999 Mercedes C280 which she DDs, and my current car a 2003 Infiniti G35 coupe which I bought 2 years ago at 53k miles for $8.5k, the G is now at 75k and im selling her tomorrow. She will definitely be missed, never had a single issue with that car and tons of memories in it as well. BUT I believe Im ready to move on and get a different car, the G was amazing but cost me WAY toom much in speeding tickets and insurance the past 2 years so, ive been looking at 2 cars to replace my beloved G35. 1. 2004 Lexus LS430 for $5k at 155k mikes and 2. 2000 Lexus LS400 for $1.5k at 150k miles. I know theyre both pretty much bullet-proof as I do really in depth research before buying any car. I think ive decided on the LS400. While I absolutely love the looks, tech, and performance of the 430, it would end up costing me a little more per month in insurance and a larger up front cost for the car. The LS400 on the other hand at $1500 and 150,000 miles will give me the oppurtunity to mod the car how I want (New wheels, lights, paint job, and possibly lower a few inches) and still be under the 5k asking price if the 430 and still have plenty of life left to daily for years. Nit to mention being better on gas and cheaper insurance. So heres the information I need and hopefully you guys can provide!
1. What is the lug pattern and any other information i need to buy new wheels for the LS400
2. A good recommendation for lowering springs
3. Good brands of JDM head/tail lights?
4. Any other tasteful modifications interior/exterior you recommend
5. At 150k Miles what preventative maintenance should be done besides water pump/ timing belt?
Any responses would be greatly appreciated! I plan to buy the 400 within the next few days as my G is sold to a buddy of mine with cash in hand. Sorry for the long post and for any mistakes I may have made in posting this thread. Thanks!

Default Exhaust

Oh! Also a good exhaust recommendation, I definitely want an exhaust system, something with a little rumble but not anything too loud as it will be my daily. Thanks!

At this age, they are not bulletproof at all. You will be spending $$ for sure.

as a diehard stocker, I'm against almost everything you mentioned, buy the 430 and save the 400 for someone who will appreciate it
