So, I have something to add. I WAS able to go to Toyota and purchased 24" and 16" inserts that were the refillable type. But here's the catch, they have to be the rubber inserts and not the carbon inserts that they'll typically want to sell you. They have two different kinds. These ones are slimmer and fit inside the housings perfectly and even clip in and lock into the end. They were about $5 each.

Use Lexus wiper blade arms and refills...
The aftermarket stuff does not cut it.
Comparing LS400 OEM to aftermarket wiper arms, the OEM mechanism features additional pivots points/segments which to better follow the contour and curvature of swept area of windshield.
My LS400 came with aftermarket stuff and could not replace it fast enough.
Lexus wiper blade inserts are high quality graphite-impregnated rubber and designed to eliminate noise/chatter/judder while sweeping across windshield.
The original blade inserts and arms work in unison and are specific to curvature of LS400 windshield.
My rubber inserts are replaced annually...
Not worth saving $10 using aftermarket.

You can try it but you need to make sure that 1) the rubber squeegee and 2) the metal backing strips are positively retained in the blade frame. No. 1 should be no problem but No. 2, maybe not so much.

yea i just replace the insert and swap those little pieces of metal that keep the rubber taut, if they're clean they do a perfect job

Just to give a heads up the G600 didn't work for the 16" as the width is different. I think the stock refill is around 5mm. Gotta figure out a refill that works.

I got Lexus 24" and 16" blades and they work perfectly. I'm not sure if these are the type that you can replace the inserts on though. But a year after I bought them and they're still streak free. They even have the Lexus emblem on there as well.
fits the curve of the window well too and the 24" driver blade has good coverage all the way to the top of the windshield

Do you happen to have the 16" and 22"/24" wiper part numbers? Somehow the images are deleted
Edit: nvm. The images appear when you click them and go to Photobucket

FWIW Department -
Toyota parts diagrams occasionally don't make sense. It appears that the number for just the rubber squeegee is the same as for the squeegee and the inserts. I think this is due to consolidation of part numbers; place the order and you should get more or less what you're looking for.
