1994 LS400 started running like crap every now and then. Chugging and hesitating. Did the normal stuff. Plugs wires cap rotor. Still had problem. Wife drove it and it left her stranded so I figure its time to pull ecm and looked inside. Burnt in between 2 capacitors right lower of picture. Can it be repaired or better off finding another one?
I have replaced the capacitors once a couple years ago. I know about that. I am worried about the board being burnt up. Can it be repaired? I dont know so I thought I would ask here before trying to send it in to get repaired.

A burnt up board can not be easily repaired especially when the internal layer is damaged by the invaded liquid. As I see your board, the surface coating is damaged and the copper trace is darken but I can't judge the liquid damaged the internal layer or not only by a single photo. If I were you, I'd remove capacitors first and clean the board and then check how much the internal layer is damaged using a strong light and a circuit tester. The liquid is very strong alkali and the cleaning only is often not enough. You need to do the neutralization as is explained in the capacitors thread.
