Default No spark

Car sat for a few days, go to start it and it just turns.
I checked the return line and fuel is there, pulled plug on right and left sides and no spark. Took the coil to Advance to be checked and it's working.
What else can I check?

1995 LS400, no mods, completely stock with 240k miles.

update:
1. connected a scan tool, but no link successful.
2. swapped EFI and Main Engine relays around with other/no change in condition.

Any ideas?

confirm that the ECU is getting +12v. if it is, then the ecu died. needs replacement/refurb.

I'm trying to find the site that has the wiring diagram, but unable to gain access.

Do you know which plug/pin is the power wire for the ECU?

Jumper terminals TE1 and E1 in the diagnostics connector in the engine bay or the circular one in the driver's footwell. If the CEL blinks, you got power. The fuel injectors shouldn't trigger if the ECU isn't grounding the relay for the injector ballast.

The 1995 cars are pre OBD-II compliant but the scan tool support can be iffy.
