Remove speedo from cluster
!994 Lexus ls 400 What is the best way to remove speedo unit from cluster. from the rear or the front ? OR?

Ls400 forum is across the hallway to the right 3 doors down :
2 Phillip screws should be on the inside of your speedo top ceiling, but first your should pry the black bottom piece that has a **** on it then a few screws around it.
speedo cluster will pull out if you lower your steering wheel all the way down!
