Default sticking crankshaft

1995 ls 400 1uz-fe motor. I am changing the timing belt and while rotating the crankshaft 2 turns from tdc to tdc I felt resistance in a spot. Any Ideas?

Probably just normal valve spring resistance.

If the timing belt is not on the engine then you are hitting valves, if you hit them hard enough then you likely bent one or more of them. 95 is an interference engine.
