Default 98 Celsior VSC and cruise control

Hi, been searching around the forums looking for more info on removing the speed limiter from the cruise control on a 98-00 celsior and any diagrams for wiring in a VSC switch like this one here from questpower.

There was somebody else here a while ago asking about the cruise control, I think he got as far as removing the module and noting it was different from the 89-94 Celsior cruise control board. I've never seen any accounts of people managing to do this on the later cars, and I think I've heard some speculation that the cruise control limit is baked into the ECU rather than the module.

Yeah that's about as far as I'm at with the cruise, must be on the main ECU somewhere.
