Alarm Permanently Engaged
So the other night my battery died from what I believe was the dome lights being left on, definitely not a power or alternator issue. I bought a new one for the sake of needing to replace it soon anyway and when I installed it, the alarm started going off and I couldn't get it to silence. I ended up unplugging my horn fuses to get home but I can only assume that my car has been outside in the driveway silently screaming all night because the electric locks wouldn't work and the steering column didn't adjust itself when I got home. Am I supposed to do some odd sequence like you would do to program a fob to get it to calm down?

you could try unplugging the negative terminal to the battery for like 15 minutes and see if that changes anything
