Question Key fob problem

Everything was working fine until the stereoshop put in a new fuse for my amp next to the battery, now my key fob will only recognize when locking the doors and it will beep, but when i hit unlock thr car wont unlock or beep and the windows wont go down, my alarm goes iff when i pop the hood but not whrn i set the alarm and open the door, it Only disarms the alarm when i pop the trunk!? I disconnected the battery and re-connected, but to no avail... Any suggestions? Thank u

Possibly a bad connection on one of the power leads going to the battery for your aftermarket alarm or something got disconnected near the battery and never re-connected when they swapped the battery.

all else fails, go back to the stereo shop!
