(I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this...)

I have and IS250 2009 which I bought 1.5 months ago from car max dealership.
Couple of hours after the car was parked in my garage, its alarm lights started flashing / making sounds.
The car doors are currently locked.
The car doesn't respond to any key presses on the key fob (lock / unlock) and I cannot open the door when I am nearby the door.
I have 2 key fobs and the car didn't respond to either of them.

I am not sure what to do.
Is there a way to reset the alarm?

Hey, Maya. Just gotta ask, but did you happen to change the batteries when you first brought her home? The dealership I bought mine from sent me home with nearly dead batteries and nothing worked right. All went well after battery switch. Also, are they Lexus fobs or aftermarket alarm system?
