Default Rear Suspension problem& sound from engine

Hi everyone

I have a problem with the rear air suspension. When I put luggage in the trunk the rear goes down. The air suspension is not working.

I went under the car I saw that in the rear right side there is a black wire - plug and there is arm control highest sensor
the arm is broke
I found the part https://parts.lexusofenglewood.com/oem-parts/lexus-height-sensor-link-4890650030/?c=Zz1lbGVjdHJpY2FsJnM9YXV0by1sZXZlbGluZy1jb21wb25lbnRzJmE9bGV4dXMmbz1sczQwMCZ5PTE5OTgmdD1iYXNlJmU9NC0wbC12OC1nYXM%3D
the mechanic said he can weld it , another mechanic said I need new arm

Lexus Ls 400 1998 Canadian
200k mile

Also, there is another problem
the fuel line near the fuel filter is bent

any idea about the line size? So I can cut that piece and put new one
I uploaded two pictures of the fuel line

the last problem is sometimes the when I accelerate a little and RPM around 1100-1300 there is a sound from the engine is like jegjegjegjeg and if I keep the RPM same the sound will still, but if I accelerate more the sound goes away

this sound only happened while driving not at stop

I have replace timing belt - crank seal, cam seal, valve cover gasket , thermostat, heater control valve, spark plug, clean throttle body ," but need to re clean it because I didn't clean the two holes. I changed all the oil and fluid., new engine and transmission mounts.

also I think I have to clean or replace the spark plug again because valve cover was leaking.

Thank you in advance

for the air ride I would simply have your mechanic weld in a fix if you cannot! I would not want to spend more for the factory part unless money is not an object. I'm surprised your air suspension still works after all these years (especially in a place that sees snow such as BC where you are).

as for the fuel line, i am not sure on the diameter. see if you can get a size off the flare fitting, 14mm 12mm 10mm and reverse engineer it from there.

The engine is probably starving for fuel if the fuel line is bent.

Hello
sorry for late response.

I replaced the fuel line and the filter. Also, the mechanic weld the height arm and everything work really perfect.

I drove the car from BC to Windsor, Ontario ( approximately 4500 km) it took me 5 days

This car is really beautiful and it is really good in gas
I fill the gas every 700-750 km during my trip , I could drive to more than 800 km, but I didn't do that because sometimes gas stations are really far ( with AC on most the time)

the sound from engine still there and found out that When I put the gear in 3 and accelerate at 3000 rpm the sound from engine is louder , I don't know how to describe it.

the second problem is the rpm when at D is 400 rpm , I have cleaned the throttle body really well.

The third problem is , the is a noisy sound from suspension when I drive slowly there is a sound like old bed spring or like the sound from old coach

I checked the sway bar bushing and it seems in good condition. Any idea ??

Thanks
