That appears to be for the radius arm which FIGS sells and they are poly.
What I'm thinking you are in need of however this. If you are referring to the control arm:
Amazon.com: 01-05 Lexus IS300 Roca Rear Knuckle Bushing Passenger Side 2pcs 02 03 04: Automotive Amazon.com: 01-05 Lexus IS300 Roca Rear Knuckle Bushing Passenger Side 2pcs 02 03 04: Automotive

one is for the knuckle, the other is for the other end of the control arm

Knuckle bushings are causing the noise. Figs sells them and a shop in new zealand or australia sells the oe style replacement.

so I wonder if this is the freaking noise that I hear in the rear. I typically hear it when I'm pulling away from a read light. Sounds like a creek/rattle noise mixed all in one.

So is it the rear axle carrier bushing or the knuckle bushing?

Have the same problem on the rear, every mechanic I've taken it too has said it would either be the control arm, or the struts none however have been able to actually fix the issue. Overall ride quality is fine however it's just the squeaking that is driving me mad. For those of you that have had the part listed here installed, has it stopped the squeaking?

I had a squeaking noise when driving slow, usually in parking lots, neighborhoods and leaving my driveway. At high speed i was unable to hear the noise. My mechanic determined it was the one of the rear knuckle. With both rear tire up, he was able to slightly lift one of the entire rear tire upward about 1 inch. The other side was solid. The part was about $35 bucks from Ebay and it was from UK. Had to be pressed out. Hope that helps.
