radiatior

Does anyone have any tips on replacing the radiator on a 1996 LS400.
The installation doesn't seem difficult I just realize that there is no radiator cap. So I'm lost on how to refill the system with water

think about it for a while and see what you come up with... they have been selling these cars for 27 years.... so there must be a way..

See http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/cooling/coolant.html. You refill most of the coolant through the 17mm bolt in the center of the engine bay (shown in steps 5 and 10 in the linked guide). Once that fills up, you finish by filling the reservoir on the left (step 17).

correct, the fill is through the coolant hole and you top off the reservoir. make sure you follow the directions when bleeding the air out. it took me 20 mins of racing the engine 2-3k rpms to get all the air bubbles.
