Default RX350 F type wheel fitment

I found a set of 19" IS350 f type or RX350 f-type wheels, but i'm not sure if I should save my money or not.

They are:

19" x 8.5 et40
19" x 9.5 et40

curious if these will fit? i found a picture of an LS with these, but it looks photoshopped.

Looks like a chop-composite shot. The IS with 4 piston caliper last I was aware up to '11 fit the LS. Not sure on the RX. Fitment will be modest depending how low your car is. I've liked these F-Sport wheels...looks good.

I test fitted them, they are pretty darn close to fitting. I think a 10mm spacer will do the trick. I'm going to scoop these up I think. Still at stock height at the moment, only got the car about a week ago lol. I'll probably grab some Megan's or BC coilover soon

Been thinking about this and glad you test fitted them. The RX had been typically a square setup where the IS was staggered. The front caliper contacts the wheel spoke? Will have to update the FAQ on the wheel fitments.

10mm spacer is a lot.
You will need extended studs.

There was a '14 IS 250 in the parking lot next to ours so I looked at the F Sport wheels. Those won't clear the 4 pistons of the LS. Do they use these same ones on the 350 version?

Not sure, I believe two of these wheels may be reps. They are a staggered setup. I can't really imagine an SUV with staggered wheels standard lol. I will upload pictures once the spacers come in.

What makes you think the picture is photoshopped?

it is rare for the wheels to be clocked exactly in the same position. and if it happens the brake calipers behind the spokes are a dead giveaway (should differ front to rear)!

I hadn't even noticed the wheel positioning. The brakes were pretty much what makes it look shopped to me.

Anyhow, I'm going to throw these puppies on tonight once it stops raining here.

I'm thinking tire wise-- 225/35/19 for the front and 255/35/19 for the rear. Hopefully this isn't too agressive

Fronts fit good but I forgot to grab a picture. Going to go with 245/35 & 255/35 tires. Hoping the ride quality doesn't go to **** from it

The 245s will rub in the front.

What size would you recommend?

Most ppl just stay with the 225. I have 245/40/19 and they rub when turning the wheel to full clock. I would just stick to 225 or 235 up front when it's time for new tires.
