Hello, I have a 02 LS base, lowered on BC coil and I'm looking to see if i can fit these 19" SSR vienna kreis on her.

Specs are:
Front - 19 x 8.0 +41D Mid disk
Rear - 19 x 9.0 +37C Super Low disk

What tire size should i be looking at? 245/40/19 all around or 225/45/19 for the fronts?

Those are very conservative specs. Even with those offsets, 9" f and 10" rear are still conservative. I'm not 100% sure but I think you need to run hi disc in the front.

Btw... If you still got your nsx...I got a set of 18/19 ssr from my old nsx
