Default VIP trays
So I didn't see any threads for the first and second gen Ls' that have VIP trays. I sure hope I'm not alone at least! Haha. So if you have a front or back tray I'd love to see them!

And how does that mount without drilling holes etc?

You do have to drill two holes in the roof of the inside of the glovebox for the mounting brackets. That's all the drilling you need to do.

Do you want me to post a picture of how the brackets are mounted?
