Default Coilover question

I have a set of megan ez street coilovers on my celsior. I'm too low right now and scrape everywhere. Today I adjusted my left side front coilover so that it is 1 inch higher than before, everything went smooth. The problem comes when I go to adjust the right side front coilover higher. I couldnt go higher than half an inch until I can't see the threads from the sight hole. The left side I can still see the threads in the sight hole when I adjusted 1 inch higher than before. The preload on both side is exactly the same. Can anyone give me a suggestion on what's going on? I'm very confused...

Thats weird... Maybe take both of the coilovers off, adjust them to the same height off the car and put them back on. If the height is off you have other problems then

Another scratched mess, and that is why I look under a car before buying it.

there is a chance the front coilover was installed in the back and vice versa on only one side. the front shock bodies are generally shorter.

by the way, most if not all coilovers are NOT meant to be installed right out of the box. they need to lengthened to the proper ride height. they shorten them as much as they could so they fit in the boxes!
