I’ve had many problems in the past with the dashboard. First, was the sticking needles & half lit needle, which is something I can live with, then the black out dash and sluggish gas meter problem. This second set of problems are something I could not live with so I fixed it by replacing few caps with the help of this forum.

Now the speedo is dead. Actually it is not dead but only moves up to 5 MPH when traveling at 50 MPH. It is not working. Anyone had similar issue with speedo or know of a way to fix the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
