Is there a shift kit (ex. Transgo HD2) for a '98-00 LS400?

 

Transgo do have a shift kit, but compare to the hd one for the a340 it doesn't do much to help the slipping.

What you need is to have your complete valve body modded by a shop like IPT.

 

the transgo kit for the A650 isn't a shift kit, it's a repair/restoration kit. It will not make shifts any firmer or faster than a fresh out of the factory transmission.

Valve body mod is the minimum mod you can get, from places like IPT and Level10.

 

Rather than create a new post i will post here. So in essence itll resolve other issues as well?
