Back Light does not work on my stereo
So I got the default stereo that came with the car. However when I went to turn on my lights at night the stereo lights did not making it hard to see it. I am guessing the bulbs went dead in it. If it is the bulbs are there instructions on how to fix it and where to get the bulbs?
Thanks
Thanks

If i am not mistaken, they are hard wired onto the radios circuit boards, and require soldering skills in order to replace them. My 95 has the exact same issue. There are places you can send your radio into that will replace the bulbs, the LCD screen, and also add an Auxiliary input for around $200ish

A simple soldering would fix the problem but it will fail again because of the difference of expansion rates of materials.
