Update: I replaced the bank 1 OCV a week ago today and the car has not thrown any codes or had any trouble since then. Thanks for all of the replies, in the end it was just a bad part.

Well I'm throwing that code again along with the misfires so I'm just going to change it out.

I got mine from the Toyota dealer, it cost me $150 but they can be found cheaper online. I didn't have time to wait for one so I just had to spend the extra money.
