Had an issue with my 07 RX350. CEL and VSC light came on yesterday, then the CEL started flashing going up a hill and the car was sluggish. This morning, I started the car and both lights were came on but CEL did not blink. I got the diagnostic code of P0354 which is the ignition coil D. However, just after leaving the garage with the code, the lights went out completely. Is it possible that something was clogged or stuck in the system and it passed through and is now good?

Getting ready to head home from vacation so wondering at this point if I can just monitor and see if lights come back on before doing anything. Any one else have this happen?
