Default Require help identifying this outer grille trim

Does anyone recognize this outer grille trim?

It is definitely not a painted OEM but there is no definitive marking of maker anywhere.

I thought may be be Aimgain but since there is no inner section I can't really tell. I know there are several companies that offer aftermarket grill so hoping one of you guys recognize it. Thank you all in advance.

all the "big" manufacturers of simlar components (WALD, Aimgain, JP, etc...) will have their brand on the inside. if yours doesn't have it it's probably a generic one/knockoff.

Good point. I will try removing all the double sided tape to see if I can find any stamping then.

I think that it's extremely likely that it's an Admiration unit.

Feel free to make copies of it

^^^Thanks Sc0pe! That pic looks bang on to what I have.

I wanted to try colour matching the outer grille trim to the vehicle body colour but didn't want to mess up my original one which is why I bought it (it was already painted in pearl white). I had no idea it was something so far from OEM trim.

It's kind of a bit too much on the aggressive side for my liking but may be I can try putting it on to see how it looks.

Here's a couple of pics I took with the grille simply placed in front of the stock grille.

Generally speaking, the grille trim is about on par with headlight "eyelids" in that you *should* have a more custom/aggressive appearance for them to look "right" with the car. Personally, I feel it would look better molded on, but to each their own.

That being said, you've made a pretty awesome find since that grille trim piece is EXTREMELY rare. As for the stock piece, I suggest "wrapping" it with some pearl white vinyl.

I totally agree...the grille is definitely too much for my current stock status.

Now that I know more about this grille I may just set it aside for now and go look for an used cheap oem trim again to play around with.
