Grille trim piece
Not sure which one you are looking for (several different variations), but you can start here -----> lexuspartsnow.com or mylparts.com
You will need the Vin# or vehicle code to zero in on what you want. I have ordered OEM parts from mylparts.com before - good experience.

Hi there, sorry to hear. Check here: https://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts-...html?PNC=53111
P.S. If it's a small crack with the ability of the joints fitting nicely together, just Krazy glue it. I had a similar issue with my RX but with a more visible crack so in addition to the glue, puttied/sanded the cracked seam, and spray painted the section with a color matching paint. Even with any slight imperfection if one looks for it, the F Sport grille is very busy-looking with all the cuts and creases that no one notices it.
Good luck.
