94 LS400 ABS Code
Hello everyone!
This is my first post on CL sadly it isn't a good one. I am having an ABS Code flash on my LS400 when it happens it's either after I start the car or after turning on my L/R Flasher. It cuts all Electronics for a Split second. From doing my Research it seems to go back to the Battery being old, but I wanted to here it directly from someone to be sure.
Let me know what you guys think this is, would be greatly appreciated. I remembered that I have the Dealer's manual still in the car, so I will check out what it says about it.
Thanks you,
Pisarski.

it does sound like either battery, alternator or a bad connection, or a short. - start with replacing any battery that is 4 or more years old.
a really common problem is alternators going out and taking batteries out with them, and the reason behind it is power steering fluid leak dripping into the alternator - even mine was taken out this way!
most likely reason ---> this also sounds as if it could also be an electrical short somewhere, and a common place for this to happen in an older LS400 (94 and earlier) is in the wiring inside the driver's side trunk hinge!

Ok Cowboy Thanks, I did a little more research and came to that, will look into it!
The ABS code concerning electrical systems.
Everytime I use anything Power wise, sunroof, flashers etc. it'll flash and short.
