There is movement in the steering wheel which does not seem normal. If you grab the wheel you can push it up. It doesn't seem to be the telescopic part but the tilt adjustment of the wheel itself. The problem is more apparent on are hard braking Are there bushings inside the steering column or is there something that needs to be tighten. I think a big person own the vehicle prior to me and used the steering as a support to get out of the car..
