Default Can this be fixed?

Got my axe backed into by a truck with a trailer hitch. Just wondering if it could be filled and repainted by a body shop. I'm worrying about it since the cut in on the turning edge of the plastic.

Is that the bumper? If so, there are shops out there that work primarily with bumpers, and they can work wonders with them.

They can fix the scratches and respray, no problems. I'd be more worried about that chrome trim since it has some denting going on.
