Fix My Bumper Mobile Fixer???
Anyone just have one of those days? Wake up late. Baby pukes on your work clothes. Then someone scrapes the bumper of your six month old obsidian IS350 without even leaving a note.
Two big scrapes on the top and middle of the bumper. My question to you experienced people....someone recommended a mobile bumper place (I'm in Orange County, CA) that would probably fix it for a few hundred bucks. OR, I pay my 500 deductible and take it to a reputable body shop. What would you all do??

Don't pay the deductible and make an insurance claim, it will lead to higher insurance rates.
Keep searching for a good mobile service that fixes this type of bumper damage. I had it done several years ago in San Jose on one of my cars (a Toyota Highlander) and it worked well.

Please dont take it to a "mobile bumper repair" person because its most likely a scam. My dad was already scammed, he had a minor dent/ tear in his front bumper and someone offered to fix it and "make it like new" and his dumbass accepted and the finish is just like a matte finish. Sure its fixed but it doesnt match and basically runied that side of the bumper. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!! Either live with the damage or get it repaired at a licensed body shop.
