Thanks Yamae. To the picture below, my 1996 JDM setup consists of the climate control and Navigation system in one. However, atm neither are working.
With the white part to the left of the picture, consisting of the 4 grey jacks
I am therefore contemplating purchasing a 1996 USDM climate control unit

Confirmed. A 1996 USDM LS400 control climate is working on my 1996 RHD JDM CELSIOR which previously carried a Nav Unit. Plug and Play. All USDM Functionality including rear and front defog, all a/c modes and control options.

I’m doing the same
I have a 1996 celsior with the sat Nav. I have just pull out the control unit and purchased a 98-00 climate control unit. Are you guys saying this isn’t going to work in my car?

You need to use one manufactured between October 94 to December 96 for your Celsior.As I compare signal lines of those 2 generations, those are not compatible but there are some similarities. As a circuit design engineer myself, I think I can modify the circuits and make it possible to use the one for a 98-00. But this would require me to stop my current work for many hours or even days depending on situations.
The quickest way would be to find a compatible one even for me.

Looking for a climate control Unit for a 1996 JDM Celsior, I have attached photos of the 2 jacks that is plugged into my climate control unit. I have also attached a photo of my JDM setup.
Please give me a direction where I can source this climate control unit, or if not, the entire JDM setup.

ater having a look at my JDM ac/nav assembly, and from the pic below i have come to conclude that my ac setup and nav system are built into one, and despite the same identical 4 jacks to the rear of your US 96-98 models climate control, we can see that there are 4 grey jacks to rear of my white piece and then the white and blue jacks which connect to the following circuit board. This circuit board is responsible for both a/c and nav system. I have had an electrician check through this board thoroughly for continuit, power etc. There is continuity and power is going to the main chip. However, the system is not comming on. Therefore i am to believe that the main chip as seen in the pic below has gone. please inform me were i can source this chip readily..

i alrady do upgrade of stock Lexus/Toyota GS300/Aristo jzs160/161headunit add a mediaplayer inside tapedeck and add rearview camera, bluetooth, normal fm radio, aux

all voltages B+ ACC IG ILL+ GND and TX+ TX- are connected
is it need special signal for multivision wake up?

Celsior ucf21 multivision start on table
do connection B+ ACC GND TX+ TX- RGBS between navi radio multivision
it needs a multi display computer 86112-50061 for start
but buttons around display and touchscreen not work
radio buttons work ok
is it needs more signal wires to connect? If yes what is name of wires which must be connected?

do repair after WHITESCREEN popular trouble
and then I do upgrade it
add functions:
- rearview camera
- play video files from usb 2.0
- play audio files from usb 2.0
- aux
- Bluetooth
