Emergency brake light always on
hello everyone i have an issue with my 1992 Ls 400, the emergency brake light is always on now even though my E-brake is off. this started a week ago and first it came on when i hit the accelerator and then off again when i tapped the brake pedal, then the next day it just stay on all the time. there is now problem while driving but its annoying. I'm sure its an electrical issue like i have had before with the trunk like so many other owners of 400+ thousand miles LS's. Any help is appreciated.

It likely means your brake fluid is low because of worn brake pads either front rear or both. Worn pads = excessive caliper travel which requires lots of fluid. Once that happens the sensor in the reservoir trips the light.

Yes, it is likely low brake fluid or at worst a failed sensor in the brake fluid reservoir but also check to see that your e-brake pedal has returned all the way upward after it has been released. The mechanism above the e-brake pedal can get pretty gunked up and requires regular cleaning. I use a rag and silicon spray to clean mine.
