Lightbulb wooden steering wheels.??

So.. I have my baby blue 91 ls400 in the shop getting some maintance done and I have been looking into replacing my worn out steering wheel with a wooden one. I looked at this steering wheel from a 95 ls. looks like it would fit,. and I also looked at a nardi wheel. but where would the cruise control switch go?. heres a pic of what im talking about. . any one have any ideas. or suggestions.

driving without the airbag is a really serious decision. remember: you are exactly as safe as the most idiotic driver you encounter on the raod.

ok, so let me make this more clear. I want to keep the air. bag. pics are for people that dont know what a nardi wheel is. I want to know if anyone has put a 95 steering wheel in a ufc10. and would it work. the first picture is what I want. nardi would not have a airbag and the cruise control switch is gone. dont want that.

iirc the airbag from the later LS won't work properly.

the OEM steering wheel in your picture is from a '98-00, not a '95.

Any pics of your current steering wheel? If it's worn out, I would invest in the SEM and make it a D.I.Y. project? Or you could shop around, and found a good upholstery shop and see what they can do? Just my 2 cents though...

So did some research and it looks like I can use any steering wheel. all I have to do is pop out the old airbag igniter and use the single stage in my car. and put in the new steering wheel with the old igniter in the new bag system. mmm.... might motivate me to spend the 500 on the wheel in the first pic.. we will see. correct me if im wrong.. please.

Compare the bare steering wheel frame of what you want to buy with yours if it's the same you can bolt your airbag and cruise control gear onto the new wheel. Or get one custom made however you want
