Alternator wiring problem
1990 ls400
The power steering pump does not leak.
The origional alt wasn't putting out enough volts anymore and it was causing te battery to slowly die. Was putting out like 10v.
Bought a new denso oem alt and threw it in. Went fairly smooth and was fine for a few days. Now when I hit a bump the alt, brake, coolant lights all come on. Hit another bump and they all go away. Checked all connections and they are tight. The airbag light has also been on since I put the new alt in. I'm assuming the airbag light is just a fuse I haven't had time to look for.
I am thinking that its likely an internal break in one of the harnesses that connect to the alt. there is a hurricane outside right now but when the rain stops I'm going to move the wires with my girl in the car to see if I can trigger the lights.
On a side note those dash lights didn't illuminate when the origional alt crapped out.
Anyone have any suggestions or experiences??

Got a chance to look at it today in the daylight and instantly noticed that the bolt next to to the big fuses under the hood was loose and that was my problem. Airbag light is still on but I'm thinking that may be the clock spring.

the air bag light is your warning to get this done, many more serious problems will start popping up
