Default Aggressive Fitment

I was wondering if anyone's put 18x12's in the rear before

I'm planing on running 18x9 +25mm offset in the fronts
And 18x12 offset unknown originally 18x10.5 +25mm offset but getting re-barrelled

If anyone has some insight if these will fit let me know, it will be greatly appreciated.
I don't want to buy something that won't fit.

Edit: It's a 1993 LS400, and it's going to be lowered on coilovers. Willing to do some fender work and camber. My buddy's pulled off 18x11.5 in the rear, with a bit of camber, slight stretch and no fender work at all and has no rubbing issues

without an offset, current year of LS, and what mod you are willing to do we can't really tell you anything...

I'm thinking if they were a 18x10.5 +25, then got re barreled to a 18x12, the offset has drastically changed. Might be in negatives now.

It can fit but how much fender work, stretch, camber are you willing to run is the question you should be lookin into. Cause it's gonna take the extreme of all 3

I say this to everyone who wants to step outside of the box on a build.

You can do ANYTHING with the right amount of cash, if you are set on running 18x12, yes you can run them no problem.

Would look practically identical to this.

This is a Japanese model vehicle not sure what though.

My setup will be the following (test fitting was done and everything's legit):

METAL

Veilside Andrew Racing 5s
FR: 18x10 ET36
RR: 18x11.5 ET48

MEAT

Bridgestone S02
FR: 255/40/18
RR: 275/40/18

Everything fits perfectly (no roll, no pull)

Will take pics once running Megans and wheels.

Idk man. I'm running 18x9+6 front and 18x10+6 Andrew Racing V's on my 1992 LS and stretching hella tire 225/40 on it. It still rubs like crazy Megans don't go low unless you take off all the preload in the rear which makes the ride soft. You are going to have to radius your fenders or do a crazy pull to fit 275's not to mention you will have to max out your camber. I'm at -6 already on a 225. But 275 in the rear no way in heck is that gonna work lol.

I can show you pictures of mine if you'd like. I'm on megan LP's as well.

Do you plan on running a widebodykit or fender flares or something?

Hey Joshcar,

I'm not sure if the person you were referring to a few posts above was Renato902. His car is actually a UCF20, a totally different car than our UCF10's which probably accounts why his wheels fit with those meaty tires on. Also the offset on his 11.5's is +48 which is extremely high, so high that if you were to put the 18x10+6 from my car would have 23mm (about an inch) more poke than the 18x11.5 +48.

Just making sure you don't run into any problems when you fit your wheels. The 18x9 +25 wheel you are looking at will be sunk for sure though. Thats not wide enough to be flush, you may want to consider a spacer.

Only compare fitment with 1989-1994 LS400's 1995 and above are totally different.

Radiokilla,

I haven't yet updated my profile info but that UCF20 was totalled last year and my new LS is a UCF10 (92). The wheels (Andrew Racing Vs) are pretty battlestanced, they're wide as fuark and they JUST clear the oem fender liners (can MAYBE fit a credit card). The offset and sizing is pretty dope, just looks wide and meaty from the rear which is what I was going for. Gotta update my profile!
