Default pulley part numbers?

2000 Ls400

I am replacing the serpentine tension pulley and idler pulley. There is a squeal coming from the pulley when I accelerate so I took the belt off and spun the tension and idler pulley and they both make like a rattle noise while spinning. The tensioner pulley makes a bad rattle noise and the idler pulley is not really bad but i just want to replace them both. I want to know if it matters whether I get aftermarket or should I get the original lexus ones? If I can get aftermarket ones can anyone recommend good ones and if I have to get the lexus part does anyone know the part numbers because whenever I try to look for it I always get the timing belt pulleys and I don't need those I need the ones for the serpentine belt.

Thanks

16620-0W101 tensioner assembly, v ribbed belt
Or if you just want the tensioner pulley 16603-0W010
16604-0F010 pulley sub assembly, idler no. 2
16659-50022 plate, idler pulley cover no. 2

Prices from sewell are decent enough I wouldn't consider aftermarket.

thanks, the prices are good i think i will get a new tensioner assembly cause its only a 5 dollar difference from that and the pulley alone at sewell.
