Default Brake Upgrades

Need to do the brakes on our RX330. Anyone have any insight on best brands for rotors and pads?? The last set of rotor are car quest that my indy put on and the warped after a couple of months. Was thinking about Centrics rotors. Our other car is a BMW and love the brakes, Lexus not so much.

OEM or aftermarket??

Are you looking for BBK or OEM replacement? I went with the OEM pads purchased from the dealer. The pad is soft but I'd rather change those than replace rotors. I did a complete brake job on our other car (audi). What a PITA that was! I'd like to see what the recommendations for rotors are as well...

I've heard only good things about KVR performance pads. They are based in Canada but I know quite a few people who installed them on WRX as the Brembo replacement cost was outrageous.

At least look for rotors that will not rust when left to sit for awhile like the OEM do.

I agree on the plated rotors, these are five years old and still look new...

Killing time here while watching the college games today. A bottle of rye and a cool breeze, for once, blowing through the house. Anyway, put in Centrics rotors in to search at Amazon and came up with the following:

Not an endorsement, just noticed the incredibly low price. Have to do more research. Anyone care to comment on this brand?
