I own 1997 Lexus LS 400 Coach, I just replaced the transmission as well as the tra.... filter, and
did a complete flush put almost 5 quartz of trans fluid from dealer, i tried running the car, the moment i would jump on it it would like bug out, like a clog. just for like a second, and then it would go. So I tried messing with the throttle cable that comes from the transmission. almost as tight as it goes. And tried it again this time it wouldn't down shift. Does anybody know what the problem is or does anybody have any tutorials or pictures please. And one more question. Does anybody know how does the car react when it has to much trans fluid, Because the dipstick its not reaching the pan so i am not getting a reading Thank you

 

first go to a wrecking yard and get a tranny dip stick, 90-97 all LS the same.
get that corrected and go from there.
