Default 1994 LS 400 Transmission solenoids or Clutches?

Transmission shifts into reverse and drive OK when cold..within 3 to 5 minutes of idle or slow driving in parking lot transmissions slips badly into gears.. and or eventually no engagement into any gear...once fluid is warmed up..Fluid is clean..up to full..

It needs a pressure check. So is only the correct fluid been used in it? Or the supposed one size fits all fluid?
