My 99 has a loose rear window. When shutting the door I can here it rattling around even if the widow is rolled up, but especially when it's down. Also, when rolling up or down with the auto I can hear a few rattles at the top and bottom of the movement. The sound could be the same or different, I can't tell.
Has anyone had a similar problem or any advise?
How difficult is it to remove the door panel? I've done this on several other cars with success, but I didn't bother to search panel removal.
Thanks in advance.
Matt

door panel removal may be on LexLS, i forget. not too bad, just be careful.
probably the weatherstripping in the door? or maybe something loose in the regulator?

on one of my older LS's I found a loose bolt in the door that went in the glass run channel, reinstalled, no more sound..... good luck
I jacked around with it alittle more this afternoon and it seems related to the front track at the bottom. I'm going to sort it in the next few days.
Thanks for the help.
Thanks for the help.
I opened it up today. When I took the door panel off the bolt that holds the window track at the bottom droped out. Reinstalled the bolt and tightened up the top bolt also. Done.
The lexls writup for the front drivers door worked well for the rear drivers door. Thanks!
