Default Smoke tail lights?

I'm looking to smoke my tail lights on my ls400. Nothing too crazy but just enough to dull the bright red so it doesn't stand out so much. My questions are: Where can i have it done? How much does it usually cost to have it lightly smoked?

Thanks

eww

and

have fun dealing the local PD+CHP, 100% illegal even with a light smoke since you're blocking the red reflector. also if you get into an accident (esp. if you get rear ended by someone else) you're insurance (or theirs) can refuse the claim as your tails wouldn't be easily visible.

the black g.s. is in maryland, maybe the laws are different than california....there are murdered out cars all over phoenix as well.

I dont think it looks to bad, sadly though....my car is brown, so no tinting nothing other than the windows.

to each his own.

interesting. I decided that i probably shouldn't smoke them because its usually uneven and wears out over time. i just don't want to spend money then have it flake, peel, or fade. Thanks guys.
