Radiator Fan-A/C Fan problem.

Radiator Fan-A/C Fan problem.
I have this weird problem regarding the fans. When I stick the key in the ignition so i could turn on the motor, my fans turn on and right off. And they stay off for the whole time i leave my car on.
Know i have changed all the relays and still nothing. Can someone please help me.

dude. If the relay looks good check it with a meter b/c it still could be bad. You might have a short in the wire somewhere that trips a circuit breaker, if there's one on the fans for whatever year your LS is. 
Try searching for the wiring diagram which will give you a better idea at what your looking for. Ya might have to rewire it with a toggle switch on the dash.
